Voting and listing rules

Voting rules

• One vote per server every 12 hours (guests and users alike).
• Votes are accepted only from the WOW-TOPS.SU website.
• Multiple accounts, proxies and automated voting are forbidden: such votes are removed and accounts blocked.

Server requirements

• The project must actually work: the website opens and the realm responds.
• Deceptive servers that steal client data are not allowed.
• Online numbers must not be inflated: unverifiable figures are not published as our measurement.
